The IPAA Queensland Online Bookstore is an internationally friendly website. Although we are based in Brisbane, Australia, we are happy to ship to our international visitors.

What currency does the IPAA Queensland Online Bookstore use to price items?

All prices shown on this website are Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include GST. Your questions on GST are answered below.

We recommend that you use a good online currency coverter (try the XE.com Universal Currency Converter^®) while browsing the IPAA Queensland Online Bookstore to get a good sense of how much you are spending!

Actual currency conversion takes place when your payment is processed by the IPAA Queensland Online Bookstore and charged to your credit card - at your bank using the actual exchange rates.

What types of items can be delivered overseas?

All of our products can be sent overseas, with a few exceptions. Unfortunately, due to licensing agreements, the IPAA Queensland Online Bookstore is unable to supply specific training DVDs and Videos overseas.

If you are interested in purchasing a DVD or Video and reside outside of Australia, please email us and we can confirm whether or not we will be able to fulfil your order.

How much will my postage costs be?

Because the IPAA Queensland Online Bookstore deliver to so many different destinations, we do not use a set formula to calculate shipping for overseas orders. Each overseas order is calculated on a case by case basis - ensuring that you don't pay more than necessary.

You'll notice that if you choose the Overseas Shipping Method in your Shopping Cart, the postage amount will revert to "$0".

We will contact you after receiving your order to let you know how much postage will be... you can choose to opt out of the order at this stage.

Should you choose to proceed, the IPAA Queensland Online Bookstore will add the postage costs to your order total and process your payment.

What about tax? Do I have to pay it?

In Australia, we build a Goods and Services Tax (GST) into our prices (as legally required by our government!). Orders that are being posted overseas do not need to pay GST.

You can see the effect of GST when you view your shopping cart on IPAA Queensland Books - check out the different prices listed under "Each" and "Tax Free".

If you are having your order delivered overseas, make sure you change your Shipping Method to "Overseas" and hit Update to remove the tax from your order.
